Where we came from...

Mountain View PM&R, founded by Dr. Elise Itano, offers specialized physician services to post-acute care facilities for optimized patient outcomes through collaboration. We work closely with facility teams to enhance care delivery and reduce medical complications, tailored to each facility's needs. Dr. Itano, a board-certified PM&R physician, brings expertise in post-acute rehabilitation and consults on facility operations for optimal patient care.
